"normal" lunch with a bowl of salad and a slice of bread (we had business lunch with a few clients...!!!)

i really feel awful today, a lost complete control over my body and eating habits
after the 3 pieces of cake i tried to throw up but i do honestly detest it as i am not really good at it, i hopes this days ends soon, at least i've got my pole dance fitness class tonight ahead, i will probably add a running session afterwards in order to burn some extra calories.
